Anish Deshpande is a \(3^{rd}\) year undergrad majoring in Statistics and Data Science at UCLA. His passion for data science is driven by his desire for optimality and efficiency in processes. While Anish loves to apply statistics in his daily life, he primarily enjoys the intersection of sports and data.
Anish has played cricket since the age of 9, and gone on to play at the professional level for Minor League Cricket and regional level for USA Cricket. In his free time, you may find Anish playing a cricket game, going for a run, sports betting, reading, or spending time with his family in the Bay Area.
